Short lets

For residential properties we can offer a full management service for Day-by-Day “AirBnB” type holiday rentals. We integrate with AirBnB, Booking, Vrbo etc. We provide a full hosting service, and arrange property maintenance, repair cleaning and laundry services. Linen and equipment hire can also be arranged. Monthly reporting.
We are in the process of developing a specific holiday lettings business with a direct booking facility for foreign clients, predominantly in the Maritime and Primorsky districts of Odesa. We expect to be operating for the spring season 2025.
