Information for guests
We provide fully furnished and equipped accommodation in great locations. We operate as “serviced accommodation”. The convenience of a hotel, the flexibility and privacy of an apartment.
Booking
You can book here through our direct bookings website. (currently under construction)
You will receive a confirmation email and sms.
If you require assistance with transport, please ask, and we will provide you with details of local airports, train stations, private transfer services, taxi services etc.
You will be able to communicate with us through the booking site, by Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber and Signal. We prefer Viber because it has automatic translation, but will use all of these messaging services.
Prior to arrival
You will receive an email with directions to the property and check-in instructions.
We will give you precise directions and address details in English and Ukrainian, together with photographs to assist. We will also give you the location using “What Three Words”. (https://what3words.com/)
You will be issued with a unique pin code and instructions to access the property. Your pin code will work only for the duration of your stay, from your arrival time to your departuretime.
If you require an early check-in or late departure, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Alternatively, we can offer secure left luggage storage.
During your stay
The property is furnished with everything that we think you will need. There is a good internet connection.
At the property there will be a guide to operating everything: Television, dishwasher, heating, air conditioning etc. We will provide a link to an online version.
We will also provide a guide with maps to some local attractions and personal restaurant recommendations etc. If you require assistance arranging anything, then please contact us.
There are a multitude of good cafes and restaurants within a few short steps, so we cannot image why you would want to cook at the property. But basic kitchen equipment is provided, together with tea and coffee etc for your arrival.
There is a supermarket very nearby, but if you would like us to do so, we can arrange for our staff supply provisions at a small additional charge.
Depending on the duration of your stay, the property will be cleaned every third or fourth day. At this time new bed linen and fresh towels will be provided. Housekeeping will contact you accordingly.
We provide a laundry and ironing service with a 24 hour turn around, for a small charge. Just contact our housekeeps.
Departure
If you require a late departure, please contact us, and we will try to accommodate you. Alternatively, you can leave luggage in our secure storage.
Your personal pin code to the property will stop working at your designated departure time.
